1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use our services. By using Kaash, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.

2. Services Provided

Kaash allows users to connect with astrologers via chat, voice call, and video call. Users can also receive customized Kundali (horoscope) services. These services are for informational and entertainment purposes only and should not be considered professional, medical, legal, or financial advice.

3. User Responsibilities

• You agree to provide accurate information while using the app.

• You will not engage in any fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activities on the platform.

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

4. Payments & Refunds

• Users must pay for consultations as per the astrologer’s fees set on the platform.

• All payments are final, and refunds will only be processed under exceptional cases at our sole discretion.

5. Code of Conduct

• Respectful communication is expected between users and astrologers.

• Harassment, abuse, or inappropriate behavior will result in account suspension or termination.

6. Limitation of Liability

Kaash and Myscoot Tech Private Limited are not responsible for the accuracy or reliability of astrological predictions. We shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or engage in any prohibited activities.

10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Gurugram, Haryana.
